The name says it plainly: fusion, and 904 — the area code that ties St. Augustine, Jacksonville and the First Coast together.
Fuzion 904 Eatery sits along A1A South in the stretch locals know as Crescent Beach, where the road narrows between the dunes and the Matanzas River and the pace of the day slows down. The kitchen takes the comfort of American cooking — a well-seared steak, a crisp wedge, a basket of wings — and lets it borrow technique and flavor from French bistros, Italian trattorias and Japanese kitchens.
