Borrow with respect
When we lean on another cuisine, we learn why its techniques work. A French onion soup earns its depth from patience; a curry earns its warmth from layering. We keep those reasons intact.
Fuzion 904 Eatery is built on a simple idea: the best of several cuisines can share one table, as long as hospitality comes first.
Fuzion 904 Eatery is a neighborhood restaurant on A1A South, in the coastal community of Crescent Beach just south of St. Augustine. Our name pairs the idea at the center of the kitchen — fusion — with 904, the area code shared by Northeast Florida's beaches, river towns and historic streets.
We cook American food with an open mind. The menu draws on French, Italian and Japanese traditions alongside familiar American favorites, and it does so without fuss: no foams for the sake of it, no plate that needs a tutorial. Just food that tastes like someone thought about it.
“Good food travels. Good hospitality makes it feel like home.”
— the idea behind the kitchen
When we lean on another cuisine, we learn why its techniques work. A French onion soup earns its depth from patience; a curry earns its warmth from layering. We keep those reasons intact.
Fusion should never mean unfamiliar for its own sake. A burger, a pork chop or a plate of wings belongs here just as much as a filet — and each one should be the best version of itself.
We are a beach-side restaurant, and the mood should reflect it: relaxed, sun-tired, a little celebratory. Nobody needs to whisper.
The kitchen works in two registers. The Finer Side covers composed salads, soups and entrées — the plates you settle in for, like prime filet mignon, duck stroganoff and coconut curry salmon. The Bar Menu is built for sharing and grazing: pretzel sticks, shrimp, pickle chips, eggplant, chicken wings, plus burgers, ribs, clams and pork chops.
Both sides share the same habits: season confidently, cook to order, and let one bright detail lift a rich dish. See how that plays out on our menu and in the dishes we're known for.
Sandy flip-flops and anniversary dinners both belong here. The room is casual, but the cooking and service are taken seriously.
Crescent Beach is part year-round community, part vacation stop. We want both locals and first-timers to feel like regulars.
On music nights the energy lifts, and the dining room becomes a gathering place. Read about live entertainment.
Warm welcomes, honest recommendations and food that arrives the way it was meant to. That is the whole job.
Northeast Florida has always been a crossroads. St. Augustine's long story brought Spanish, British, Minorcan and many other influences to the region's tables, and its beaches have welcomed travelers for generations. A restaurant that mixes culinary traditions feels right at home here.
Crescent Beach itself is quieter than the busier strips to the north — a place of wide sand, dune walkovers and slow sunsets over the Matanzas River. We try to match that rhythm: unhurried evenings, generous plates and a table you don't feel rushed to leave.
